A finished product printed in colour where the colour goes to the edge of the paper is known as Full Bleed.
If you do want your project to be Full Bleed, you should create your digital image to have a .25" (1/4") additional margin of the background colour/image. (Meaning, any part of your image that you don't want cut off needs to be clear of that .25" margin, and the background must extend past it) This is to assure a better product when cutting down from a full sheet of paper.

Yes, we need to know what size you would like your poster to be. Our large format machines use 36" rolls and smaller. We can print Indoor Banners, Outdoor Banners, as well as wide-format black and white copies/prints.
This service is offered Monday through Friday, and is picked up from us by 11:00 A.M. Packages typically arrive at the MTC by 4:30 P.M. The MTC mail room is closed certain holidays, during which there will be no deliveries. Temperature sensitive items are no longer allowed by the MTC mail room. (If it has to be kept hot or cold, please do not send it. Such items will be discarded by the MTC Mailroom.)
Absolutely! Digital files often produce better copies than scanning a hardcopy. Digital files will look their best with a resolution of at least 150 dpi and preferably 300 dpi. Each project is different.
(If you are using an image saved from the internet, it likely has a resolution of 72 dpi and will be pixelated/fuzzy when it prints out.)
To calculate shipping we need the Dimensions(Length, Height, and Width), Weight of the package, and Zip Code.
Yes. Most carriers factor in Length, Width, Height, and Weight (whichever is greater) of a package--as well as destination--to determine the shipping cost.
That depends on which service it was sent. UPS Ground and USPS First Class can take up to one week, USPS Priority is usually 2-3 business days, and expedited services specify in the name (i.e. 2Day Express, etc.) Guaranteed delivery dates are offered through UPS.

Yes, we work with Shred Masters. All shredding is priced by weight and stored in a locked bin before each pickup. The first 20 pounds is $9.00, 21 pounds or more is $0.50 per pound. Shredding Hard drives starts at $15.00 each. The shredded matter is then taken by Shred Masters to a recycling facility.
